Twitter highlights from Keeping the Lights On: Infrastructure & Cyber Security

The Warren Centre held its Keeping the Lights On: Infrastructure & Cyber Security event at The University of Sydney Business School on Wednesday 16 August. Many thanks to our speakers, Kumar Parakala, Dr Frank Smith, Daniella Traino, Hamish Fraser, Dr Ralph Holz and Ric Richardson, and everyone else who attended the event, for making it such a great success.

The Cyber Security event opened with our Executive Director Ashley Brinson setting the scene with a confronting cyber attack scenario for the modern Australian city. This was supported by examples of major infrastructure disruptions caused by recent cyber attacks. The presentations were excellent with a balance of candor, insights and potential solutions from each of the experts. Hamish Fraser steered the audience and panelists through a number of very engaging questions.

Here are some Twitter highlights that our audience shared during the event.
